commercial and hand dyed fabric, ephemera including service buttons, bits of discharge papers, machine stitched
My husband, Armand Frocillo, proudly served in the Army and considered it a privilege to be an American. He was deeply saddened by the events of 9-11. This piece is not only a tribute to those who lost their lives, it also helped me work through my grief following his death. Bits of his service memorabilia are embedded in the ephemera.
